- Upon disembarking, you will be met at the end of the jet bridge by a dedicated airport assistant holding a name sign.
- You’ll be escorted through priority passport and customs control using Fast Track lanes.
- Assistance will be provided at baggage claim.
- After collecting your luggage, the assistant will walk you directly to your private vehicle.
Departure Services (Meet&Greet + Lounge + Fast Track)
- At the terminal entrance, you’ll be greeted by an airport representative with a name sign.
- The assistant will help with check-in and accompany you through customs and Fast Track passport control.
- You’ll be guided to the Primeclass Lounge, where you can relax with snacks and refreshments.
- When your boarding time arrives, the assistant will escort you to your gate.
VIP GAT Terminal (Arrival&Departure)
- Guests are welcomed directly at the aircraft stairs with a name sign.
- A VIP vehicle transfers you to or from the private GAT terminal.

This service is not available for guests traveling on russian aircraft or aircraft of russian airlines (aeroflot, azur air).
Lounge access requires boarding pass and may be restricted in case of overcrowding.
Services may involve short wait times depending on the number of guests.
Passengers must still go through security screenings in some cases.
