EXCURSION INSURANCE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Excursions Insurance:

Insurance cost: 10% of the excursion cost.

Possibility of cancellation: 24 hours before departure.

The cost of insurance is non-refundable.

The insurance does not cover the cost of excursions with airfare, individual excursions on yachts/catamarans and other prepaid services that are non-refundable: transport costs, guide services, catering, etc.

Excursions Cancellation Policy:

100% refund if cancelled within 2 hours of sale, excluding excursions purchased less than 24 hours before the start of the programme.

100% refund on cancellation due to illness with a medical certificate for all family members listed on the excursion ticket.

Exclusions from refund: excursions with air flight, individual excursions on yachts/catamarans, train journeys, hotel accommodation and other prepaid services to partners, which are non-refundable (transport costs, guide services, catering, etc.).

Late arrival of the guest more than 10 minutes = no refund.
